Privacy notice

Last updated 3 June 2026

ClaimPack handles sensitive documents. This notice explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have. It is written in plain English and is not a substitute for legal advice.

What we collect

The answers you provide in the claim checker, the evidence documents you upload, and basic account information (such as your email address if you create an account).

We also collect minimal product analytics — for example which step you reached — to understand and improve the service.

How we use it

We use your answers and documents solely to check your claim against policy rules, identify missing evidence, and generate your claim pack.

We do not use your documents to train AI models, and we do not sell your data.

Storage and security

Documents are stored privately. Downloads use signed, time-limited URLs or authenticated routes — never public file paths.

Where the platform supports it, data is encrypted at rest. Access to claims for support purposes is limited and logged.

Your controls

You can delete a claim and its documents at any time from your dashboard. Deleting a claim removes its uploaded files and associated records.

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us.

Third parties

We use processors for hosting, database/storage, authentication and payments. We are independent and not affiliated with Revolut, Chubb, Sedgwick, XCover or any insurer, and we do not contact them on your behalf.
