ClaimPack is a preparation tool. These terms explain what the service does and does not do. Please read them before using it.
What ClaimPack is
ClaimPack helps you understand potential eligibility, organise your evidence, and draft your own claim wording so you can submit a clearer claim yourself.
It assembles a claim pack from the information and documents you provide.
What ClaimPack is not
ClaimPack is not a law firm, claims management company, insurer or ombudsman, and it does not provide legal or financial advice.
We do not decide claims, submit claims on your behalf, negotiate with or contact insurers or handlers, represent you, or charge a percentage of any payout.
Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for checking your policy wording, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for submitting your claim yourself.
You must not use ClaimPack to make false or inflated claims or to fabricate or alter evidence.
No guarantee of outcome
A readiness score is an informational estimate based on the information you provide and editable, approximate policy rules. It is not a promise that a claim will be paid.
Payments
The eligibility check is free. The Claim Pack is a one-off paid product. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
